cpe represents a collection of languages. Although a collection subtag can be used in the absence of a more specific tag, you should check whether a more specific language subtag is available. Unfortunately, the registry does not offer any suggestions to assist with this.
For use with the sgn primary language subtag, ie. as the sequence sgn-bqy. However it is usually preferable to replace that sequence with just the bqy primary language subtag.
For use with the sgn primary language subtag, ie. as the sequence sgn-csc. However it is usually preferable to replace that sequence with just the csc primary language subtag.
